When You Call
When you call to schedule an appointment, we'll ask for some basic information:
- Your name and contact information
- Your date of birth
- Your insurance information (if using insurance)
- A brief description of what brings you in
- Whether you prefer in-person or telehealth
- Your availability for appointments
This initial call typically takes 5-10 minutes. We'll check your insurance benefits and call you back to confirm your appointment and let you know what to expect regarding costs.
Same-week appointments are often available, especially for addiction-related concerns. Let us know if your situation is urgent.
Our Location
Telehealth Appointments
We offer telehealth (video) appointments for patients who prefer remote care. Telehealth is available for:
- Initial psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management follow-ups
- Therapy sessions
- Addiction treatment appointments (in most cases)
To schedule a telehealth appointment, call the office and let us know you prefer video. You must be physically located in New Jersey during the appointment. You'll receive instructions for connecting before your appointment.
